As a part of the program, A. Chirkova, Deputy general director, formed and developed "integrated design". Joint implementation of big modernization projects for Orenburg GPP and Gazprom facilities in general, design of construction of all technological blocks and units of OSBL Amur gas processing plant.

A. Chirkova opened RPC «Tekhproyekt». Core competencies: Integrated design on high-risk facilities in all directions. Development of technical projects of non-standard equipment. Industrial safety expert review of technical devices, buildings and structures, other documentation. Development of maintenance documentation (emergency plan, Oil Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan, ISD, process regulations etc.). Ecological support (Development of sanitary protection zone projects, environmental impact assessment, maximum allowable emission, recultivation etc.). Key customers – oil refining companies.
