THE FOLLOWING WORKS ARE CARRIED OUT

 

  • organizational and engineering preparation of works
  • check the condition of the installed equipment and its readiness for commissioning
  • participation in individual tests of the equipment
  • check the status of the working places in accordance with the requirements of production, labor protection rules, safety rules, fire safety and industrial sanitation
  • listing of the defects, violations and deviations, issuing of proposals and recommendations for their elimination
  • inspection of basic and auxiliary materials, energy, etc.
  • drawing up a schedule and a program of commissioning
  • preparation of process equipment for start-up (before the beginning of individual tests, commissioning works on electrical devices, automated control systems, sanitary and thermal power equipment are carried out, implementation of which ensures conducting of individual tests of process equipment)
  • checking of the installation points of the devices to monitor the operation of the equipment in accordance with the passport data
  • individual testing of the equipment (separate machines, mechanisms and units for the purpose of preparation of the equipment for acceptance by the working committee for complex testing)
  • test run of the equipment according to the design layout with the control system at idle and under load
  • technological adjustment of the equipment during the test run
  • integrated testing of the equipment (period of an integratede testing of the equipment serves to perform inspection, adjustment and maintenance of interconnected operations of the equipment according to technological process at idle with the subsequent transfer of equipment to work under load and sustainable technological regime, providing production of the first batch of products in the amount determined for the initial period of the development of the design capacity of the facility)
  • development and issue of recommendations on equipment operation and rational mode of operation
  • preparation of the technical report and the act of acceptance of commissioning.
