Multiphase self-suction small-sized pumps (diameter 60-168 mm, height at a head of 2,000 m to 1,500 mm, flow rate of 20-200 m3/day) are designed to replace ESP pumps in oil production systems when reservoir pressure drops. Pumps are insensitive to the content of the gas phase, exclude the ingress of gas in annulus, have a linear head and rate specifications, the total efficiency is not less than 70%.
Pumps of general industrial purpose are designed for pumping liquids with a viscosity of up to 20,000 cP with a flow rate of up to 10 m3/hour, differential pressure of at least 2 MPa per stage. The number of stages (sequential or parallel) is unlimited. The recommended application is the supply of chemicals to high-pressure fluid flows, the creation of a fluid pressure to generate wave processes in mixing systems.
Designed for single-tube transportation of wellstream from well pads to central oil gathering and treatment stations, as well as increasing the pressure of the borehole fluid of underbalanced wells of gas condensate fields (differential pressure of up to 2 MPa per stage, fluid flow at the inlet of up to 200 m3/h, gas phase content of up to 99.5% vol.). Multiphase pumps are recommended for replacing compressors and pumps in two-phase transport systems and cavity pumps in single-phase transport systems of wellstream.
Designed for transportation of cryogenic liquids and pressure reduction of cryogenic fluids containing liquid (supercritical fluid) at the inlet (differential pressure is up to 2 MPa per stage, fluid flow rate at the inlet/pump or outlet/expander is up to 200 m3/h, gas phase content is 0-50% vol., temperature is up to minus 198°C).
